* 요리 & 미술놀이 : 태극기 케이크 *

(Making the National of flag Korea: Taegeukgi)

l Objective : 1. 삼일절 기념 태극기 케이크 만들기.

2. 종이에 태극기 그리고 기원 알아보기.

3. 삼일절 관련 위인전 읽어보고 느낌 점 말해보기.

l Materials : 카스텔라, 초코렛볼, (빨강,파랑) 아이싱, 생크림, 케이크 상자&판 재활용

l What to do : 1. 카스테라 두개를 붙인 후, 정사각형으로 모양 만들어 잘라준 후,

생크림으로 발라주고, 아이싱(빨강,파랑)으로 북한,남한 모양 그리기.

2. "건,곤,감,리" 모양을 잘 살펴본 후, 초코볼로 만들어주기.

3. “T” phonics 익히고, 여러 가지 관련 학습하기.

태극기 빨강,파랑은 짤주머니로 짜서 그리고

옆에 건곤감리는 초코렛볼로 표현했네요.

케잌 만들기 전에 태극기 직접 예쁘게 그려보며

연습 스케치하더니, 역시 예습한 효과가 있어서 보람 백배!

        Mom : My sweetie~Do you know the meaning of the “삼일절”?

        Child : Tomorrow will be March 1st. But I don’t know why It is holiday.

        Mom: The anniversary of the Independence movement of March 1st, 1919

Like this Indendence Day ; The fourth of July (In U.S.A.)

Child : Independence...same meaning!Good, happy day? Isn't it?

Seo yeon~In celebration of 삼일절, let's make taegeukgi cake?

Child : Wow. It's really great idea! mommy

Mom: First of all, spread fresh cream on the bread with knife.

We are going to put icing on the cake.

Red is North Korea, Blue is South Korea.

These are "건,곤,감,리"

We'll make it with chocolate ball.

Maybe yummy yummy cake.^^

Child : The nation of flag Korea is a little bit complicated.

But even though very beautiful and It has deep meaning.

Mom: How smart girl! I have one question.

Do you know national flower of Korea?

Child : Of course. Mugunghwa(무궁화) ^^

Mom : That's right. You know th song of Mugunghwa?

Child : No. How tune?

Mom : 무궁화~ 무궁화~ 우리나라 꽃, 삼천리 강산에 우리나라 꽃...

Child : My mum is a brilliant singer. ^^*

3. Phonics –“T” sound

1. Draw th picture starts with letter "T" sound

-> Turtle, Turkey, Taxi, Tennis, Table, Tiger and so on…
2. Can you think of “T” words any more?

3. When you hear “T” sound, Clap your hands
