뜨끈뜨끈~ 감자해물 칼국수
오늘은 점심메뉴로 가은이가 좋아하는 칼국수를 선택했어요~
멸치와 새우, 다시마로 시원한 맛을 냈구요.
감자에 파, 김치까지 송송 썰어 넣은 다음
달걀물까지 풀면 가은이가 좋아하는 칼국수 완성입니다.
요즘같이 쌀쌀한 날씨에 뜨끈뜨끈한 칼국수 한그릇이면 ~ OK!
준비물: 칼국수용 국수(noodle), 마른멸치(dried anchovy) , 다시마 (dried kelp), 감자(potato), 새우(shrimp), 김치(kimchi), 파(leek), 달걀(egg)
<만드는 법 How to make >
. 감자를 적당한 크기로 깍뚝썰기 합니다.
Dice a potato into suitable size.
put some noodle in it and stir them not to stick.
국수를 넣고 들러붙지 않도록 저어줍니다.
Put some leek and boil them.
파를넣고 끓입니다.
국물내기 - 멸치와 다시마
Heat the pot and put some water enough in it.
냄비를 올리고 물을 넉넉하게 넣어줍니다.
First, cook anchovy sauce with dried anchovies and dried kelp.
먼저 마른멸치와 다시마로 멸치국물을 만들어요
put diced potatoes and trimed shrimps in it and wait until diced potatoes get soft.
썰어놓은 감자와 손질한 새우를 넣고 감자가 무를때까지 기다립니다.
put some 김치. 김치를 넣어요.
달걀하나를 깨트려 섞어줍니다.
and put it onto the top of noodle in a circle.
달걀을 국수위에 원을 그리며 올려줍니다.
엄마, 아빠와 조금 다르게 끓여서 시원하면서도 담백한 칼국수랍니다.
우리딸 엄청 잘먹지요~
