-단호박 고구마 샌드위치-
한 끼 식사용으로 간편하며 영양가 있는 샌드위치를 다은양과 만들어 보았답니다.
간단한 만큼 아이들이 처음부터 끝까지 엄마의 명령(?)하에
잘 진행할 수 있는 엄마표 간식~!!
Let's make the sandwich that the sweet pmupkin and the sweet potato added.
Mom prepared all ingredients to make it.
단호박과 고구마가 들어간 샌드위치를 만들어보자.
엄마가 샌드위치를 만들 모든 재료를 준비했지.
1. Try to smash the sweet pmpkin and the sweet potato using a spoon.
And mix them.
단호박과 고구마를 숟가락으로 으깨어봐.
그리고 섞어.
2. Add some plain-yogurt and a little bit of milk into the bowl.
And mix them well.
약간의 플레인 요구르트와 우유 조금을 그릇 안에 넣자.
그리고 잘 섞어.
3. Here are slices of breads Mom prepared.
Slap the mixture on two slices of breads.
엄마가 준비한 식빵들이 있어.
식빵 두 장에 만든 것(혼합물)을 바르자.
4. Put almonds on one of sides of breads.
아몬드를 빵 한 면에 놓아.
5. Cover with the other bread.
다른 한 식빵으로 덮어.
무진장 맛있게 먹는 다은양!!
근데..정말 간단하면서 한 끼 식사대용으로 그만이였던 영양가 있는 샌드위치랍니다.~~
