-감자 어묵 조림-
다은이와 함께 집에 있는 재료들로 '감자 어묵 조림'이라고
나름 이름 붙인 반찬을 만들어 보았답니다.
마지막에 살짝~떨어뜨리는 참기름의 고소함이란..ㅋㅋㅋ
어제 아빠를 위한 떡볶이를 만들다가 다쳐버린 손가락으로 인해
썰기는 엄마 부담이 되어버렸지요.
(금방 끝나는 썰기 시간..ㅋㅋㅋ)
영양가 있는 반찬으로 아이들의 입맛을 한 껏 살려보자구요..^^
1. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.
감자 껍질을 벗기고, 입방꼴로 썰어.
2. Soak the cubes in salted water for a while .
소금물에 잠시동안 감자를 재어놓자.
3. Cut the jelly fish to the size of the potato cubes.
감자 크기로 어묵을 썰어.
4. Make sauce by bringing soy sauce , sugar and water.
간장, 설탕 그리고 물로 소스를 만들자.
5. Boil the sauce into a pot.
냄비에서 소스를 끓여.
6. Add drained potato cubes when the sauce is bubbling.
소스가 끓을 때 물을 뺀 감자를 넣어.
7. After a while, put jelly fishes in.
Don't stir but occasionally shake the pot.
잠시 후에, 어묵을 넣자.
가끔 냄비를 흔드는 것 말고는 젓지는 마.
8. Add some chopped garlic to a boil.
저민 마늘을 넣어.
9. The potatoes are cooked when they can be easily pierced with a chopstic.
감자가 젓가락으로 쉽게 찔려질 때 다 익은거야.
10. When the sauce has boiled down,
sprinkle with a dash of sesame oil and whole roasted sesame seeds.
소스가 졸여졌을 때,
참기름 약간과 참깨를 뿌려.
밥과 함께 뚝딱~한 후에 쇼파 묘기를 보여주며..
사진을 찍으라고 요구하는 요 녀석..^^
