* flour mix for ho dduk 392g
* water 240ml
* yeast 8g
* sugar with cinnamon 150g
2. Directions
- Put flour, water, yeast in mixing bowl.
- Mixed them all well.
- make dough for ho dduk.
- keep it warm for 30 min for fermentatiom.
- make round shape and put suger into the dough.
- add some oil on the fryingpan in warm heat.
- and press hard for flat.
- Fry both sides until they get brown.
