Would you take spinach out of the refrigerator?
Let's make cooked sninach together.
냉장고에서 시금치를 꺼내줄래?
시금치 나물을 같이 만들자.
1. Here is a big bowl with some water.
Can you put a little bit of salt in?
Try to stir with a stick.
Can you see that salt dissolves in water?
물을 담운 큰 볼이 있어.
이 안에 소금 약간을 넣어볼래?
막대기로 저어 봐.
물 안에서 소금이 녹는게 보여?
2. Before salted water boils, nip off leaves.
물이 끓기 전에, 잎들을 다듬어.
3. Salted water is boiling.
Let's put these spinach into and scald.
When we scald spinach , turn the heat off as soon as we put the spinach in the boiling water
and turn over once.
소금물이 끓고 있어.
시금치를 넣어서 데치자.
우리가 시금치를 데칠 때, 끓는 물에 시금치를 넣자마자 불을 끄고, 한 번 뒤집어야 해.
4. Rinse in cold water and drain.
찬 물에 씻고 물기를 빼자.
5. Would you squeeze the water out using your hands?
네 손을 이용해서 물기를 짜 줄래?
6. Add salt and sesame oil.
mix well.
소금과 참기름을 넣어.
잘 섞어.
7. Can you put scalded spinach in this plastic bowl?
이 플라스틱 그릇에 시금치 나물을 담아줄래?
8. Try to sprinkle some sesame seed on.
위에 깨소금을 뿌려봐.
