고구마 스틱
아이들 고구마 좋아하죠?
이 고구마로 맛난 스틱을 만들어서 컵에 넣어주면 진짜 좋아해요..^^
고속버스 휴게소 같은 곳에 늘 파는 고구마스틱!!
한 번 만들어봤답니다...~
Cut sweet potatoes into matchstick strips.
Try to slice them lengthwise to the same thickness.
Let's leave as it is to remove starch a while.
Rinse them and dry with clean towel well.
Boil a plenty of oil over high heat.
And...put these strips in the oil and fry as soon as possible.
