요즘 리치아빠 아침,점심 도시락을싸서 ㅎㅎ 매일 밤마다 미리 만들어 놓는답니다

이번 아침 매뉴는 Breakfast Burito예요. 소개해주고 싶어 올려보니다~

Ingredient.

Spam,Zucchini,Onion,Eggs,Tortilla

스팸,애호박,양파,달걀,토르띠아

1. Dice spam,onion,zucchini and stir fry on the pan.and then move all the igredient to the edge.

put eggs make scrambled egg after that mix all them together. you can add salt and pepper.

스팸,양파.애호박을 네모모양으로? 썰고 팬에 볶아주세요. 그리고 한쪽으로 밀어 넣구 다른쪽에선

달걀을 넣어 스크램블로 익혀주고 그다음 다같이 한데 섞어 익혀주세요. 소금과 후추를 넣어주세요.

2. put a tortilla on the stove start bake till it become soft.

토르티아를 가스렌지 위에 바로 올려 부트러워질때까지 구워줍니다.

the reason why I bake it, to make them soft when you wrap them.

불에 구운이유는 나중에 말을때 부드럽게 하기 위해서 입니다~

3. Now, put the baked tortilla on the plate, put a slice of cheese then put stuffing on the top.

Finally! start wrap them!

이제, 구운 또르띠아를 접시위에 올리고 치즈슬라이스하나를 올려주세고 그다음 아까 만든 내용믈을 위에 올리고 마지막으로! 돌돌 싸주세요!!

You can put some ketchup on. it's up to you~
