Ingredients : soft wheat flour 120g, coconut powder 70g, butter 75g, sugar 50g, baking powder 1/4t,
some salt, 1 egg, vanilla oil, decorating sugar, cookie cutters,a rolling pin, skewers, ribbon,
a straw, a brush, a spatula

Butter and egg would be better to be softened at room temperature.
Separate the white of an egg a little bit for sticking. Strain the flour three times.

Roll the mixture with a rolling pin to flatten to about 5mm.
Put the mixture in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.

6.¿ÀºìÀ» ÄѼ¼¿ä..180µµ·Î ¿¹¿ÇÕ´Ï´Ù. Preheat the oven to moderate 180¢ªC.
7.³ÃÀå°í¿¡¼ ²¨³½ ¹ÝÁ×À» ÄíÅ°Ä¿ÅÍ·Î ÂïÀº ´ÙÀ½ Á¶±Ý ´ú¾îµÐ °è¶õ ÈòÀÚ ¾²À¹¾²À¹ ¹ß¶óÁÖ½Ã¸é µË´Ï´Ù.

Brush the tops with the egg white.
8.Âï¾îµÐ ¸ð¾ç¿¡ ÅäÇÎÀç·á¸¦ ¿Ã·ÁÁÖ¼¼¿ä. Sprinkle with decorating sugar.
9.²ÈÀ» ²¿Ä¡°¡ ÀÖ´Ù¸é ÄíÅ°¿¡ Âñ·¯ÁÖ½Ã°í °í¸®·Î ¾µ ±¸¸ÛÀº »¡´ë·Î ÄÛ ¶Õ¾î Æд×ÇØÁÖ¼¼¿ä.
Stick the skewer to the shaped mixture if you have it.
Press the mixture with a straw to put a ribbon into the hole.
10.¿¹¿µÈ ¿Àºì¿¡ 15-25ºÐÂë »öÀ» º¸¾Æ°¡¸ç 170-190»çÀÌ¿¡¼ ¿Âµµ¸¦ Á¶ÀýÇÏ½Ã¸é µÇ°Ú³×¿ä.
Bake until the cookies are just golden around the edges, 15-25 minutes, 170-190¢ªC.
