* Àç·á : tubu, starch powder, peanut, leek(µÎºÎ, ³ì¸»°¡·ç, ¶¥Äá, ÆÄ)
¾ç³ä(sauce) : °íÃßÀå 1T, ketchup 1T, starch syrup 1T, sugar 0.3T, water 4T, chopped garlic 0.5T
(°íÃßÀå, ÄÉø, ¹°¿³, ¼³ÅÁ, ¹°, ´ÙÁø ¸¶´Ã)

1. Cut tubu into suitable size.(µÎºÎ¸¦ Àû´çÇÑ Å©±â·Î ÀÚ¸¥´Ù)
2. Pour some starch powder in the mixing bowl and add tubu.

Cover tubu with starch powder.(µÎºÎ¿¡ ÀüºÎ°¡·ç¸¦ ¹¯Èù´Ù)
3. Fry them in a heated, oiled pan.(±×°ÍÀ» ´Þ±¸¾îÁø ÆÒ¿¡ ±Á´Â´Ù)
4. Cool them for a while.(Àá½Ã ½ÄÈù´Ù)
5. Boil the sauce in the pan.(ÆÒ¿¡ ¼Ò½º¸¦ ³Ö°í ²úÀδÙ)
6. After add cooked tubu and peanut in the pan, mix well. (ººÀº µÎºÎ¿Í ¶¥ÄáÀ» ³Ö°í Àß ¼¯´Â´Ù)
7. For the last time, add some sesame oil and parched sesame.
