스토리:The Great Big Enormous Turnip > 콘텐츠 공모전

톨스토이의 글에 Helen Oxenbury가 그림을 그린 작품이랍니다. 반복되는 문장에 인물들이 하나씩 더해져 이야기를 풀어나가는 구조로 되어 있어서 아이들과 쉽게, 재밌게 즐길 수 있는 동화랍니다. 여기영차 여기영차 잡아 당기다가 뒤로 벌러덩 넘어지면 어찌나 재밌어 하는지 ~~ 깔깔깔~~ 낄낄낄~~ 자료는 간단히 등장인물들을 복사해 순무를 뽑는 것 처럼 왔다갔다 할 수 있도록 만들어 보았어요. 그림 먼저 보여 드릴께요. 두꺼운 도화지 한쪽에 순무가 들어갈 칼집을 내고 다른 쪽에는 등장인물들을 붙인 종이가 들어갈 수 있도록 가로로 길게 아래, 위 구멍을 만들었어요. 그래서 pull and pull 하면서 옆으로 왔다갔다 움직이면서 책을 읽어주었습니다. 혹시 이해가 잘 안가실 까봐 뒷모습을 잠깐 보여드리면 이렇습니다. 구멍으로 들어간 종이는 서로 붙여 주시구요 구멍이 더 길어야 왔다갔다가 잘 되거든요. 스토리텔링 후에는 아이들과 role-play를 했습니다. 아이들과 노는 모습을 찍어서 올리면 좋을 텐데 저희 팀은 인원이 얼마 안되서 늘 사진은 포기하게 되네요. 그냥 자료 사진만 올려 볼께요. 우선 커다란 순무를 부직포로 만들었구요 등장인물들은 목걸이로 만들었어요. 그리고는 창문에 순무를 붙이고는 "pull it up" "pull it up" 을 열심히 외치다 뒤로 벌러덩~~ 활용예문을 올려볼께요. [본문 들어가기 전에] Hi children. Today’s story is “the great big enormous turnip”. Look at this cover.(쫙 펼쳐 보이며) Can you see it? It’s a turnip. This turnip is very big. This turnip is bigger than the old man. And this turnip is bigger than the old woman. Wow, it is enormous very very big.(과장된 손동작 꼭 필요합니다.) There are the old man, the old woman, little girl and a black dog. Who? A cat? Where? Oh right. Here is a cat. I can see another animal. Can you find it? Right. A mouse. Good job. What are they doing now? They are sitting on the enormous turnip. What happened to them? Are you wonder? O.k. Now let’s read this book. [본문은 그냥 원문에 충실했구요] [책을 읽고 나서] Wow, this turnip is really big. It’s enormous. What are they doing now? They are sitting around the table. They are watching the enormous turnip. There is a knife. Maybe they are thinking about how to cook this great big turnip. What do you want to cook with this big turnip? [role-play game 활용예문] There is a great big turnip. Now we will do a role-play game. Let’s share the roles. I want to be the old man. Who wants to be the old woman? 소희, do you want to be the old woman? o.k. let’s hang up this picture your neck. Who’s next? 솔민, you want to be a granddaughter? Let’s play. 우선 부직포로 만든 순무의 열매 부분을 종이나 천으로 가려주세요. 그리고 연극이 시작됩니다. (할아버지) “grow, grow little turnip, grow sweet. “grow, grow little turnip, grow strong.” Oh, it grew up sweet and big. I want to get it. I will pull it up. Pull and pull and pull. 어기영차 어기영차 어어어어~~ 벌러덩~~ Maybe this turnip is very big.(enormous) I need some help. Honey, honey, help me! help me!
