집에 있던 단어카드 chick과 telephone 그림을 보여주며 먼저 운을 떼보았다.
종현, Look at the chick.
Can it eat? Can it grow? Can it move?
The chick eats a worm.
The chick grows bigger and bigger.
The chick becomes a hen.
Then.. look at this telephone.
Can it eat? Can it grow? Can it move?
Right. The telephone can't eat any food.
The telephone can't grow.
The telephone can't move by itself.
So the chick is alive, but the telephone is not alive.

어떻게 재미난 방식으로 게임을 해볼까.. 몇일(?) 고민하다가집에 오르다 게임이 있기에.. 그 게임판들을 활용해보았다.
(꼭 오르다 게임판이 아니더라도 간단하게 만들어서도 해볼수 있겠죠..^^)

생물, 무생물 카드들을 게임판에 늘어놓고, 가운데 할핀을 이용해서 화살표를 만들어도 되겠다.

위의 게임판 화살을 돌려서 나온 그림이 It's alive면 아래 게임판에서 두 칸 전진..
It's not alive면 한 칸 전진.. 이렇게 정하고 게임을 해보았다.^^

The umbrella is not alive.
