우리에게 너무도 잘알려진 라임이죠?보통 이렇게 12시까지 가는 경우는 없고 2~3시 정도까지 아이들과 노래를 부르곤 했는데..이렇게 12까지 부르게 되면..아이들이 자연스럽게 시계를 보고 읽는것을 즐길수 있을것 같습니다. 이라임은 특히 숫자와 뒤에 오는 말이 라임을 이루고 있습니다.물론 Dock-clock..이 지속적으로 라임을 이루는 말들인데요.알파벳은 다르지만 같은 음으로 발음이 되는 숫자와 동사의 연결이 무척 흥미롭습니다. 예를 들면.. one-downtwo-flewthree-fiddle-de-deefour-doorfive-hive..등입니다. 그냥부를때는 몰랐는데.. 우리가 부르는 노래에 이렇게 정교하게 라임이 맞춰서 들어갔다는것이 무척이나 신기했답니다.
괘종시계를 올라가는 생쥐를 부직포를 이용해서 만들어 보았어요.
두겹씩 겹쳐서 오린후에 스템플러로 박아줍니다.
그리고 안에는 화장지를 구겨서 넣어주면 된답니다.
아래쪽에는 손잡이를 만들어 줍니다.
찍찍이를 붙여주어서 손의 크기에 따라서 길이를 조절할수가 있답니다.
시계를 만들어 보았는데요. 역시 부직포를 이용해서 시침과 분침을 떼었다 붙였다 할수 있게끔 하였습니다.
☆Chant 노래와 함께 시계를 읽을수 있는 챈트를 배워보록 하겠습니다. Watch it, watch it,watch my watchWatch it carefully.And teell me the time. Watch it, watch it,watch my watchWatch it carefully.It's five. 이런식으로 챈트를 계속 이어서 불러주면 됩니다.예전에는 챈트의 비중을 그리 높게 두질 않았는데 아이랑 챈트를 해보니까 놀이에서 응용하기 쉽고 따라부르기 쉬운 절대된 언어들로 구성이 되어서 아이들이 금방 익힐수 있답니다.그래서 아이들이 무척 재미있어 한답니다.
키즈클럽에서 시간과 문장카드를 매치시키는 워크시트지를 출력해서 아이와 함께 풀어보았답니다.
작년까지만 해도 시계 읽기가 어려운 유혁이였는데 오늘 해보니까 스스로 문장카드와 시계를 매치시켜서 완성을 하였답니다.

이번에는 이 라임에서 자주 등장하는 -ock라임을 이루는 단어들을 적어보았습니다.
유혁이가 알고 있는 단어들도 있는데 다소 생소한 단어도 눈에 띕니다.
이렇게 종이 기다랗게 달리는 부분에 한개씩 스카치테입을 이용해서 매달아 주었는데요.
유혁이랑 쓰여진 단어를 순서에 맞게 누가 빨리 읽을수 있나 시합을 해보았어요.
간단하면서도 너무 재미있답니다.
