[영어일기]공주방이 갖고 싶은 샐리-첨삭지도 > 콘텐츠 공모전

앗, 샐리맘님..처음엔 샐리맘님이 올려주신 글을 그대로 첨삭지도를 했는데,
나중에 보니 샐리의 원본과 많이 다르네요.
어쩐지..샐리가 왜 이리 많이 틀렸나 했는데..(죄송!)

원래 샐리가 쓴대로 다시 고쳐서 첨삭을 해봤습니다.

아, 그리고 주니비 존스의 저 책은 정말 재미있겠네요.
주제별로 일기를 쓰는데에는 딱 좋겠는걸요.

저희도 찾아봐야 겠습니다.

When I look out the window of my house, I see:
Trees, people, children, cars, dogs and cats.
고칠데가 없어요!

1) Trees : are everywhere.
1) Trees : They are everywhere.
고치지 않아도 되지만, 콜론 이하의 문장은 그냥 독립적으로 가는게 좋을 것 같아 수정해봤어요.

2) People : walk in the street so I could see
2) People : They are walking in the street, so I can see them.
역시 고쳐봤구요. 전체적인 문장은 현재형이 맞으므로 could 를 can 으로 바꿨어요.

3) Children : My freinds and others.....

4) Cars cars cars everywhere!!!
4) Cars: Cars, cars, everywhere!!!
반복적으로 단어를 얘기할 때에는 쉼표를 넣어줘야겠죠?

5) Dog and cats : Walking in the street
5) Dogs and cats : Walking in the street
dog에 s 가 빠진것 말고는 완벽합니다.

And if I could change one thing about my house is : My room.
And if I could change one thing about my house, it would be : my room.
쥬니비존스의 책에서 나오는 문장을 참고하시면 알겠지만,
앞의 의미와 뒤의 말이 연결되려면 is 로 끝나서는 안된답니다.
뒤에 나오는 it 은 앞의 one thing 을 받는 대명사이지요.
And if I could change one thing about my house 는 조건절일뿐,
그 자체로 is 의 주어가 될 수 있는 명사절이 아니거든요.^^

In my room it could be princess bed, pretty and richy and like prinsesses room
There would be a princess' bed, and it would look pretty and rich like a princess' room.
앞에서 내 방안에..라고 해놓고 it could be 라고 하면 어색하지요?
또 princess 의 소유격은 마지막이 s 로 끝나기 때문에 apostrophe comma 만 살짝 붙여주면 된답니다.
그리고 뒤의 형용사가 잔뜩 들어간 문장도 앞의 동사와 연결이 되는 의미가 아니므로
look 동사를 넣어줬어요.

and large too too large and pink shiny mirror!!!
And there would be a large, huge, enormous, pink, and shiny mirror!!!
과장이다 싶을 정도로 강하게 표현하고 싶은 기분은 알겠지만,
형용사가 이렇게 겹쳐 나올때는 꼭 쉼표로 구분을 해줘야 한다는 사실을 잊지마세요.
too 를 너무 남용하는 것도 아이답고 귀엽긴 하지만 정확성에서는 조금 떨어지게 되니 주의하구요.^^
