몇학년인지, 그리고 이름이나 성별 같은 것도 같이 올려준다면

좀 더 구체적으로 조언을 드릴 수 있었을텐데 좀 아쉽네요.

전체적으로 표현하고 싶은 문장을 잘 써내려갔구요.

몇 몇 구둣점 문제에서는 연습이 필요한 듯 합니다.

문법적으로는 한국인이 실수하기 쉬운 복수형, be 동사의 정확한 용법,

그리고 a 넣어주기, 전체적으로 시제맞추기의 실수가 있었구요.

그럼, 한문장씩 보도록 할게요.^^

영어식의 날짜표현으로 모두 고쳤습니다.

Title: My winter vacation plan

Title : My Winter Vacation Plan

영어제목은 모두 전치사와 관사를 빼고는 각 단어를 대문자로 시작한답니다.

I want to do something.

I want to draw picture every Saturday.

I want to draw a picture every Saturday.

picture 앞에 a 를 넣는 것을 깜빡했지요?

I will learn the piano and I want to learn music jump rope.

I will learn to play the piano and I want to learn music jump rope.

music jump rope 가 뭔가요? 궁금..

어쨌든 피아노를 배운다는 정확하게 '피아노 치기'를 배운다는 표현으로 바꿨습니다.

I want to go somewhere.

I want to go to the ice land.

I want to go to skiing ground.

I want to go to a skiing ground.

역시 a 가 빠졌지요.

I want to make something.

I want to make a cake.

I never fail these note.

I will try never to fail these notes.

결코~하지 않겠다라는 표현을 위해서 will try 를 넣었구요.

복수형 these 를 썼으니까 note 에 a 가 붙어야지요?

dictionary 는 여기서 이름처럼 부르는 단어이니까 대문자로 시작해야 한답니다.

" Because I'm a noisy man and have to memorize are the words.

be 동사 are 가 생뚱맞게 들어가 있어서 문법에 맞게 고쳤어요.^^

Like a kind of flowers, a kind of jobs, a kind of fruits, a kind of tools things."

Words like kinds of flowers, jobs, fruits, and tools."

꽃의 종류를 말하는 거라면 kinds of~ 로 해주는 것이 맞습니다.

a kind of 로 한다면 한가지 종류만 말하는 거니까, 사전과는 맞지 않겠지요?

그리고 kinds of 가 계속 반복될 필요는 없으므로 뒤에서는 생략해주었구요.

"Yes, you are so smart."

"Oh, you are so smart."

yes 는 앞의 말이 질문이 아니었으므로 그냥 감탄사로 바꾸었습니다.

"really?"

"Really?"

따옴표를 쓰더라도 분명히 새로 시작하는 문장이므로 대문자로 시작해야 한답니다.

"Yes."

"You too."

"Wow, how do you know that?"

"My IQ is 250."

"What is my IQ ?

Hmmm, It's 152!

Amm, I'm a dictionary.

I' m a smart girl.

이 부분은 약간 어색하긴 합니다만 딱히 고칠 필요는 없는 것 같아 그냥 둡니다.

따옴표로 시작을 했는데, 끝은 제대로 맺지 못하고 있지요?

어디서부터 어디까지가 사전의 말인지, 그리고 화자의 말인지 알수가 없어

손을 못댔답니다.^^

people 자체가 복수형이므로 s 를 붙일 필요가 없지요?

만약 peoples 라고 할때는 민족이란 의미가 된답니다.

여러 민족을 돕겠다..는 의미는 아니지요?

점수에 대한 표현은 여러가지가 있는데

~점 이라고 할때에는 ~ponits 라고 하는 것이 자연스럽습니다.

그리고 과거형이 되어야 하구요.

My dad shout me.

My dad shouted at me.

역시 과거형으로 고치고, 내게 소리를 친것이므로 at 이 필요하지요.

Hmmm, I get 90 score.

Hmmm, after that I won 90 points.

0점 이후에 받은 점수이니까 시간의 흐름이 나타나야 하는데

그런 부분이 부족해서 after that 를 넣어봤습니다.

그리고 역시 과거형으로 고쳤구요.

Dad say "If you get 100 score I will buy a present for you."

Dad said, "If you win a full mark, I will buy a present for you."

인용부호 앞에는 꼭 쉼표 넣어주는 것을 잊지 마시구요.

100점은 full mark, 혹은 perfect score 로 표현할 수있답니다.

Oh yes, I get 100 score.

Oh yes, I got a score of 100, finally.

역시 시간의 흐름이 안나타나 있어서 finally 를 넣었어요.

My dad will happy with me.

be 동사가 빠졌지요?

We listen a test, test word.

We listened to the test words.

시제도 고쳤고, 문맥에 맞는 문장으로 다듬어봤습니다.

We are so scared.

We were so scared.

역시 과거형..

Hue hue, But it's good.

Hue hue, but it was OK.

쉼표 뒤에는 대문자로 시작할 필요가 없지요? 그리고 생각보다 시험이 쉬웠다는 의미인지...

Because I can get 100 score.

과거형이 되어야 하구요.

전체적으로 과거형이 되어야 하고 두 문장이 자연스럽게 연결되어야 해서

살짝 고쳤습니다.

Her family were going to California.

She can't take her hen.

She couldn't take her hen.

역시 과거형..

Pa said " She is too old to lay eggs and too tought to eat.

Pa said, " She is too old to lay eggs and too tough to eat."

역시 인용부호 앞의 쉼표가 빠졌지요. 그리고 tough 의 스펠링도 고쳤습니다.

But she took her hen. Hen had many trouble.

One day hen has began to lay eggs again.

One day the hen began to lay eggs again.

현재완료형을 과거형으로 고쳤습니다.

About midnight two robbers crept into camp.

One day at midnight, two robbers crept into the camp.

과거의 어느 시간임을 표시해주기 위해 one day 를 넣었어요.

But hen squawked. So rubbers ran away.

But the hen squawked. So rubbers ran away.

hen 앞에 the 를 붙여주거나 아니면 대문자 Hen 으로 써서 특정한 hen,

Jpsefina 임을 나타내주어야 한답니다.

One day hen died. So Faith her family made a Josefina story quilt.

One day the hen died. So Faith and her family made a story quilt of Josefina.

amd 와 the 를 넣었습니다...그리고 made a Josefina story quilt 라고 하면

조세피나에게 만들어주었다는 의미가 되지요. 그래서 단어위치를 살짝 수정했습니다.

impressive 가 모음으로 시작하니까 a 가 아니라 an 으로 수정되어야 하구요.

Because Faith loved Josefina. And Josefina is old. But she is brave.

적절한 접속사를 사용해서 표현하고 싶은 이야기와 문장들을 자연스럽게

연결하는 것도 많은 글을 통해서 익혀야 한답니다.

and 와 but, because 외에도 다른 접속사를 사용할때 의미가 어떻게

바뀌는지 잘 보시기 바랍니다.^^

앞 문장과의 연결을 생각해서 그먄 만든다는 것보다 '내'것을 만든다는 표현을

추가하는 것이 더 자연스러워 보이지요?

앞에서 소록도가 나왔으므로 반복을 피하기 위해 there 로 고쳤습니다.

I helped my dad. Sister helped my dad too,

I helped my dad. Sister helped my dad, too.

too 앞에 쉼표를 넣고 마침표로 마무리 하는 것에 실수가 있었지요.

My dad good for patients.

My dad is kind to the patients.

be good for 는 사전을 찾아보면 여러가지 의미가 있습니다만

환자에게 훌륭한 의사이다..라는 의미로 바로 와닿지는 않는답니다.

그래서 kind 로 단어를 바꿔봤습니다.

At 1 o'clock, sister and I went to some houses to visit people.

At 1 o'clock, my sister and I went to some houses to visit people.

sister 앞에 my 를 붙이지 않을 경우에는 호칭처럼 Sister, 대문자로 시작해야 합니다.

We visited only two people.

It was fun to visit the people.

It was fun to visit them.

역시 앞에 people 이 나왔으므로 대면사 them 으로 수정했습니다.

Next time I will visit 4 people.

인사말을 할때에는 쉼표를 정확히 써서 구분해야 하지요.

그리고 영어이름 크리시의 스펠링은 s 가 하나랍니다.^^

miss 는 동사이므로 be 동사와 함께 쓰일 수 없겠지요?

Now I am reading 'the magic tree house number 7'.

The title is " Sunset of the sabertooth".

Its title is " Sunset of the Sabertooth."

제목의 각 단어는 대문자로 시작하기..

sun 은 항상 the 와 같이 붙어다닌답니다..

하나밖에 없는 사물이기 때문이지요. moon 도 마찬가지구요.

sun 이 주어니까 현재형에서 s 를 붙여야지요?

about~ 이하는 간접의문문이므로 의문문이 아니라 평서문의 형태로 문장이 만들어져야 하지요. 그래서 물음표를 빼야 하구요, 쉼표로 수정해서 뒷문장과

게속 연결되도록 했습니다.

And when it is night fall, why it's dark?

and why it is dark at nightfall.

이 문장도 앞의 글과 연결된 간접의문문으로 다뤄서 문법에 맞게 고쳐보았습니다.

구어체에서는 평서문에 물음표를 붙이는 것으로도 충분히 묻는 말이 되지만

writing 에서는 정확한 문법대로 의문문을 만들어봤습니다.

But I have to wait.

태양박사..재미있는 말이긴 한데, 좀 더 정확하게 표현하기 위해

문장을 조금 수정해봤어요.^^

출중한 실력을 가진 아이들이 많아 우리 아이의 일기를 올린다는 것이 약간 쑥스럽지만늦더라도 포기하지 않고 꾸준히만 간다면,그리고 아이가 영어의 세계를 즐겨만 준다면 그것만으로도 만족 하겠습니다. 방학 일기를 제본하여 줄 요량으로 컴퓨터를 이용하여 일기를 쓰게하고 있으며이 중 영어일기 만을 복사하여 그대로 올립니다. 엄마의 영어실력이 형편 없어 수정은 못해줬고 디카가 없어서 사진자료 같은 것도 아직은......또래 아이 맘들의 진솔한 의견과 히플러님의 첨삭지도 간절히 바라고 있습니다.감사합니다.
