(1) How did a young boy named Giovanni become a famous juggler all around Italy?

He become a juggler. Because he always practiced and made people happy and he performed.

(2) When Giovanni was young, Brother Francis said that everything sang of the glory of God even Giovanni's juggling.

Do you think Giovanni realized what that meant?

I thought sometimes he knew but sometimes didn't.

And I thought if he always knew his life were change already.

(3) He only juggled to make people happy. But the admiring audience left when he was no longer a good juggler.

What did he do when he found nothing left to offer God?

When audience threw vegetables and stones to Giovanni.

He ran for his life. And he arrived at stream and he took off his clown face and he gave up. Finally, he went to church.

(4) Do you ave anything to offer God? I do like speaking in front of people. When they listen to me, I try to say helpful things about pareting.

Whenever I'm on the stage, I think of what God will want me to say to people. When the audience applauds to me, the clapping sounds like a song of the glory of god.

One Sunday, (5/9 children's Sunday) my family went to church to worship God in English.

The day was children's Sunday.

So, we congratulate children's Sunday and one people have to  go on stage and read a bible. (english bible)

I said to teacher 'I will read' and teacher said to me "Can you read a bible?  Read one time and we have to hurry."

So, he gave me a bible and he and I go upstair and many people was ready to worship.

Then I go to stage and read a bible.

When I read a bible, I was nervous. Then all the audience were looking at me.

I think, when I read bible, God will be happy.

2.Write the story events in time order. What happened first and what happened last? Use past forms of verbs.

First, There was a one boy named Giovanni and he was good at juggling.

Second,  He juggled everyday and he made people happy.

First, people was happy to see his juggling.

But years later the audience said " I saw that man before. I don't want to see him anymore." and they threw the vegetables and stones.

Giovanni ran for his life, and  he arrived at stream. Then he took off his clown face and gave up.

He went to church and slept. He wake up because of a sound. Then church was emptied.

Their was a picture of  lady and child. Child's face was serious. So, Giovanni want to make child happy.

Last,  He was practicing with rainbow balls.

       But  he fell  down and he was dead.

 　　　The child was smiling.

개학 하고 다른 책을 좀 열심히 보는 바람에 이번에 못했습니다.

죄송하고요. 오늘 늦게라도 올리라고 하겠습니다. 어쩌다가 로알드달의 책을 빌려왔더니 처음 보는 책인데 너무 열심히 봐서요.(witches) 좀 책이 길어서 며칠동안 그 책 보느라 북클럽 미션 하는걸 둘다 까먹었습니다.

오늘 태풍 대문에 아이들이 학교 늦게 가고 12기 북클럽에 들어와서 안한걸  알았습니다.

지난 댓글에 수정을 하려니 오류가 나서 그때 못올린 첫페이지만 또 올립니다.

네...애니가 아직은 어려서인지 아직은 미흡하게나마 자기의 생각을 쓰네요...

그래도 쓸수 있다는 능력과 서슴치 않는 모습은 엄마보다 더 나은것 같아 기특합니다.

퇴근하고 와보니 집은 난장판을 만들고 오뉴월에 할로윈파티를 한다고 ..쩝 누가 말립니껴...이유는 다 있다는데...뭐

친구들과 같이 만들엇다는  잭오랜턴...불을붙이자  아래와같이...

글씨가 넘 작아서 돋보기로 보고 싶어지네요..ㅠㅠ

울집이 종교가 없어서요.. 예수님이나 성모마리아에 대한 이해가 부족해서, 글밥보단 내용면에서 설명이 좀 필요했답니다..

항상 아이들 생각하며 고마운 미션 내주셔서 감사드려요..^^

Annie가 이번 미션 첫장은 아직 완성하지 못해 두번째 장만 우선 올립니다.

책의 내용이 다소 이해하기 어려운 모양입니다.

glory of god의 오묘한 느낌을 아직은 완전이해하기가 버거운지...시간을 좀더 달라기에 내일까지 주기로 하고 우선 재웠습니다.

(1)     How did a young boy named Giovanni become a famous juggler all around Italy?

Because he went into the troupe of traveling players. So he traveled and performed a funniest juggle.

(2)     When Giovanni was young, Brother Francis said that everything sang of the glory of God even Giovanni’s juggling. Do you think Giovanni realized what that meant?

I think Giovanni did not realized what that meant. Because he said, he was only juggling to make people laugh, not for the glory of God.

(3)     He only juggled to make people happy. But the admiring audience left when he was no longer a good juggler. What did he do when he found nothing left to offer God?

He did juggling to make the Holy Child happy.

(4)     Do you have anything to offer God? I do like speaking in front of people. When they listen to me, I try to say helpful things about parenting. Whenever I’m on the stage, I think of what God will want me to say to people. When the audience applauds to me, the clapping sounds like a song of the glory of God.

Tell me about your talent and gift, something you like to do so much that people think it’s good to see you doing it. When you grow up your work will brighten the world, singing the glory of God.

When I do jumprope my classmates like me and they get happy and when I play the piano my mom really likes my song. I think my talent is that I can play the piano well and when I grow up I want to be a pianist.

First, Giovanni was born in Sorrento. He could juggle so he helped signor Baptista.

Second, Giovanni saw a play of the traveling players. And he joined the players.

Third, The crowds liked Giovanni’s juggle and Giovanni got famous.

Giovanni got really famous and he even juggled for the prince!

Giovanni met the Brother Francis, and heard about the glory of God.

Everywhere Giovanni went many people laughed.

But when Giovanni got old and can’t juggle well, the people did not liked him.

Giovanni went back to Sorrento, and juggled for the Holy Child and he dead.

1.(1)He watched the players and he asked maestro to juggling.

    He dressed up special and juggling everyday,

 (2) I think he realized glory of the god.

 (3)He gave up juggling forever. He begged his bread and slept indoors.

 (4)I like English very much. When I grow up I will be good at English.I will pray.

2.He had no mom and dad.Everyday he came to doorways,He took some  food and juggling.

  Oneday He look someman and woman played.He ran to maestro and ask "can i ?"

  He wear new cloth and play,juggling.so He played infront of the prince.

 He was so old  and everyone hate him.When he juggled people took some rocks.

 He went in up ahead loomed the monaster church of the little brothers.

 Some lady and kid is there. so He juggled and died.

Little brother  took the gold ball and took it on the kid's hand.

1) Because he was very good at juggling and he joined a traveling troupe that traveled all around the Italy.

2) Yes. He said he only juggle to make people happy. But the brothers said that is the same thing. 

    I think he understood it. If he didn't he wouln't laugh.

3) He took off his clown face and he put away his juggling things, and put away his costume and gave

    up juggling forever. He went back to Sorrento.

4) I like to play the piano. People think I'm very good at it. I performed at stage 3 times.

    I myself feels good when I play it. That's my special talent.

2. First, there lived a boy named Giovanni. He was an orphan. Also, he could juggle. Everyday he

    went to Signor Baptista's market and juggled. Then Signor would sell many fruits and vegetables.

    His wife would give Giovanni a soup.

   Second, he joined the traveling troupe and performed all over the Italy.

   Third, he juggled sticks, plates, and he balanced the plates on sticks and twirled them.

   Forth, he juggled clubs, rings, and torches. And he juggled lots of colored balls.

   Fifth, Giovanni became famous. Later he came out of the traveling troupe and performed on his own.

   Sixth, he juggled for a duke, and a prince.

   Seventh, wherever he went, the sounds of laugh, cheers, smiles followed him.

   Last, years past, and Giovanni grew old. People was no longer interesred in him.

   He gave up juggling forever, and went back to Sorrento. He fell asleep in a chrch. In there, he saw

   a lady and the child. Giovanni juggled in front of them, because the child looked so serious. And then,

   he died. But the child was finally smilling.

(2)No, I don’t. Because Giovanni said “I only juggle to make people happy” and he laughing

(3) His talent is juggled. But when he old, no juggler. And he dead in the cruch. I was so sad.

(4) I like math.  I study math hard and my talent is to solve mathmatic's problem.  Expecially I can solve some diffcult problem.  In fact, I loke study math than English.

first, Giovanni lived in sorrento. Every day he juggling to fruit and vegetable.

Second, he mte Maestro and showed juggling. He became a traveling player.

Third, he met two brother, one of the brother said, "everythig sings of glory of God."

Forth years passed. Giovanniis old.  People saw him, they laughed.

Fifth, wet and cold, he arrived in church.

Sixth, he said, "your child seems so sad, I used to make people smile."

seventh, he showed juggling to Gloria. And he dead.

last, the child was smiling, and in his hand held the golden ball.

(1)    First, he juggled and be a clown. And he became famous and more famous.

For  second he said “Bye” to the traveling troupe.

(2)    Yes, I think he understood it. Because he juggled more, so he understood it and juggled to make people’s happy.

(3)    He juggled to the god so the god would be happy, he was a very happy and good juggler.

(4)    My talent is playing the piano. I think when I am playing my piano I feel happy.

2. Frist, he could juggle so he went to the traveling troupe

Second, he became famous so he said “Bye” to the travel troupe.

Third, he became clown and juggled to people.

Next, he became old so people didn’t like him.

So he went to church and juggled to the lady and the child.

He juggled and juggled at last his heart stopped and he died.
