저도 요즘 걷기도 좀 힘들어요..ㅋㅋㅋ

한 해 한 해 갈수록 운동하고 거리가 멀어져서 큰일이랍니다.

운동해야지 목도 허리도 괜찮아진다는데..

제가 목이랑 허리가 좀 부실하거든요...완전 일자라..ㅋㅋㅋ

저는 나중에 시간적 여유가 생기면 요가를 좀 배우고 싶어요..

왠지 저한테 잘 맞을 것 같아서요..ㅋㅋ
