런투리드 The bear went over the moutain을 아이와 함께 읽어보았습니다.
우선 책에 나오는 장소 mountain, forest, bridge, cave를 간단하게 그렸고 bear는 별도의 종이에 그려 오려두고 아이에게 색칠하도록 했습니다.
먼저 아이와 곰의 먹이와 겨울잠에 대해서 이야기를 나누고 관련된 과학그림책을 한번 읽고 시작하였습니다.
위의 내용은 다른 맘들이 하신 대로 따라한 것이었는데요, 하다보니까 아이디어가 생기더라구요.
over, through, under, into의 전치사 개념을 좀 더 쉽게 알게 하려고 그림에 칼집을 내어 곰을 끼우는 방식을 써보았습니다. 그랬더니 아이가 더 좋아하는것 같더라구요. 보기도 그럴싸하고 ..^^
M: Dongha, what is the bear doing? Where is he going now?
D: Mountain.
M: Right. The bear is going OVER the mountain.
Look at this! The bear is at the top of the mountain.
What can the bear see from the top of the mountain?
D: trees, sun
M: Right, the bear can see the forest, other moutains, clouds, and the sun.
숲속의 나무 한그루 양쪽에 칼집을 내어 곰을 통과시켜봅니다.제가 밑그림을 A4용지에 그린터라 금방 찢어질까 겁이 났었는데 아이가 조심조심 잘 다루어줍니다. M: Now, where is the bear?D: forest.M: Right, the bear is going THROUGH the forest. Maybe, he is very hungry, so he looks for the beehives. Before he hibernates, he needs to eat lots of things. 
다리 밑으로 칼집을 내었더니 제법 그럴싸하게 곰이 다리 밑을 지나는 것처럼 보이네요.동하는 곰이 잡아먹을 물고기를 그리고 있습니다. M: Now the bear is going UNDER the bridge to catch the fish. Bears like to eat honey and fish. Let's draw some fish for the bear.

동굴 입구에도 칼집을 내었습니다. 지금 곰이 안으로 들어오고 있는 중입니다.^^M: Because the bear caught a lot of fish and ate them, he was very full.Now He is sleepy. Where does he go next?D: caveM: Right. The bear lives in a cave. This cave is a home for this bear. Now he is going INTO the cave. 이렇게 함께 책을 읽은 후 발자국 찍기 놀이도 했습니다. 
발자국 찍기가 끝난후 동하의 손바닥찍기로 놀이를 마무리했습니다.
