Maisy's Bedtime Maisy goes to bed 'Maisy's Bedtime' 과 'Maisy goes to bed'는 제목에서부터 큰 차이가 없지요. '메이지가 잘 시간이에요' 이 두 권의 책은 우리 아이들에게 bedtime story 로 읽어주기에 손색이 없 어요. 메이지 팬이라면 두 말할 필요도 없구요. 'Maisy's Bedtime'은 페이퍼북으로 메이지가 아끼는 팬더 인형과 함께 잘 준비를 마치고 꿈 나라로 갑니다. 'Maisy goes to bed'는 lift the flap, pull the tab book으로 메이지가 잠자리에 들기 전에 하는 행동들을 열고 당기며 함께 해 볼 수 있어요. 두 권의 책 모두 메이지가 잠자기 전에 화장실에 가고, 양치를 하고, 잠옷을 갈아입고, bedtime story book을 읽는 내용을 담고 있어요. 참, 팬더 인형을 꼭 안고 자는 것두요. 아이들에게 "자기 전에 쉬 해라, 이빨 깨끗이 닦고 자야지, 어서 잠옷 입자"고 잔소리를 하 지 않아도 스스로 알아서 메이지처럼 하겠다고 할 거에요. 자, 우선 'Maisy's Bedtime'은 어떻게 활용할 수 있을까요? There are a red ball, a yellow horn, a jack-in-the box, and Tusky in it. 장난감 상자에는 없어요. 그 안엔 빨간 공, 노란 나팔, (뚜껑을 열면)튀어나오는 인형, 그리 고 터스키(코끼리 인형-위씽 기차여행에 나오는 코끼리 이름으로 붙여봤어요.) Finally, Maisy found him. 드디어 찾았어요. Panda is behind the curtain. 팬더가 커튼 뒤에 있군요. What's wrong? Why does Maisy sit up in bed? 무슨 일일까? 왜 메이지가 일어나 앉지? A-ah, she wants to go potty. 아, 화장실에 가고 싶구나.
