감자볶음을 해먹으려고 감자를 보는 순간 야후 꾸러기의 영어나라에 있는 (가보신 분은 아마도 아실거예요) ten small potatoes가 생각이 났어요 10개의 귀여운 감자와 함께 여러가지 표현들을 배울수 있죠 그래서 아이와 함께 간단한 감자 만들기 놀이를 했어요
*** 이렇게 놀았어요 do you know ten small potatoes? 열개의 작은감자를 아니? yeah ,you like them so much 그래 네가 무척 좋아하지? let's make them with this real potatoes 이 진짜 감자를 가지고 그걸 만들어보자 first, try to draw their expression on the potatoes like this 먼저 감자위에 이렇게 표정을 그려보자
we're done 됐다 now, let's draw their body and hair 이제 몸통과 머리카락을 그리자 try to cut them out like this 이렇게 오려내봐 now, stick it into a potato 이제 이걸 감자에 꽂아 넣자
완성!! 두꺼운 도화지에 몸통을 그린다음 수수깡에 들어있는 뾰족한걸 이용해서 푹 꽂아주면 쉽더군요 얼굴표정에 맞는 몸통을 아이가 직접 찾아서 꽂아보게 했어요 표정에 관한 대화는 필수겠죠
this potato is dancing 이 감자는 춤을추고 있어 he looks happy 행복해 보이네 but he danced too much 그런데 춤을 너무 많이 췄어 so this one gets dizzy and this one gets tired 그래서 이거는 어지럽고 이거는 지쳐버렸어 can you guess what this potato is doing? 이 감자는 뭘하고 있는지 알겠니? yes he is going up to heaven 그래 하늘로 올라가고 있어 looks fun 재밌겠다
다 놀고나서 감자를 요리해먹으려니 좀 아까웠지만 잔인하게(?) 껍질을 벗겨서 냠냠...
이건 예전에 만들었던건데 종이에 감자들 그림을 그려서 스카치 테잎으로 감아준다음 10손가락에 끼우고 챈트에 맞쳐서 손을 앞뒤로 돌려가면서 놀아 준거예요
