Cub scout의 Den leader로 부터 이번 캠프 파이어에서는 커브들이 짧으면서도 무서운 얘기를 함께 나눌 것이라는 이메일을 받았습니다. (Cub scout 는 boy scout 이전 연령의 남자 아이들이부모와 함께 하는 스카우트 활동으로 소그룹을 den 이라고 부릅니다.)
우리 아들을 준비시키기 위해서 아이들에게 저녁 식사 때 서로 아는 무서운 이야기를 해보라고 했습니다. 그중의 몇가지를 올립니다. 아이들과 같이 읽어 보세요.
이것이 저희 딸이 한 이야기입니다.
One girl went hiking on a mountain. She walked for 50 miles. She was hungry so she came back home. Her friend stopped her and talked for an hour. When she came back home, she was starving. She went to the kitchen and opened the refrigerator, and she died.
There was no food in the refrigerator.
이것은 저희 아들이 한 이야기입니다.
There was a girl. She went into a store and bought a notebook for $50. At the counter, the clerk told her not to look at the back of the book, otherwise something bad would happen.
Three days after the girl got the book, she looked at the back. She screamed and died.
On the back it said 50 cents.
