안녕하세요. 오늘은 사랑스런 엘모가 공에 대해 얘기해주는 책 'Balls' 활용예문을 올려볼께요. 지난번에도 말씀드렸듯이 전 이책이 좀 쉽다고 느끼는 아이들을 두신 맘들께 도움이 되고자 합니다. Elmo is playing with balls. 엘모가 공을 가지고 놀고있네. Elmo is so excited to be surrounded with balls. What kinds of balls can you find? footballs,soccer balls. baseballs,basket balls,tennis balls,beach balls,golf balls, and colorful balls. What's your favorite ball? 엘모는 공에 둘러싸여 몹시 기분이 좋아요. 어떤 공들이 있지? 미식축구 ,축구공,야구공,농구 공,테니스공,물놀이 공,골프공, 색색의 공들이구나. 무슨 공이 제일 좋아? Balls are different in size and color but they are all round-shaped except one. Just guess what ball it is. 공 크기와 색은 다르지만 모양은 하나만빼곤 동그랗단다. 뭘가 생각해봐. Correct! Footballs are oval. Look. This football Elmo is carrying looks so tired. 맞아. 미식축구공은 타원형이지.이것봐 .엘모가 들고 뛰어가는 이 공은 굉장히 힘들어보이네. You can kick the ball into a large net,too. Are you ready? Shoot! 우리 __도 네트에 공을 찰 수 있어. 준비됐어? 슛! (아무공이나 갖다놓고 엘모처럼 슛하는 동작을 하도록 해보세요.) This time,Elmo is throwing a ball through a circulr net. This net is fixed to a orange metal ring. Elmo, what are you doing in the net? Are you a basketball? 이번엔 엘모가 네트에 공을 던지고 있네요. 네트는 오렌지색 금속링에 고정되어있지. 엘모 네트에서 뭐하는거야? 니가 농구공이야? The ball moves up and down because it's bouncy. 공은 탄력이 있으니까 위아래로 움직이지. It's too big to carry,Elmo. Elmo is strong enough to lift a big ball. 엘모,들고가기엔 너무 크다.엘모는 힘이 세 큰 공도 들어올리네. To catch a ball, open(spread)your arms like this and stare at the ball. Nice! 공을 잡으려면 양팔을 이렇게 벌리고 공을 똑바로 쳐다봐. 그래,잘했어.
