책을 읽다가 좋은 글이 있어서 외우고 싶은 생각이 들었습니다. 학창시절 시 외우길 좋아했는데... 영어를 그렇게 해 볼 생각은 못했습니다만 이런걸 하나 외워서 가끔 자신을 위해 되뇌이는 것도 괜찮을 것 같다는 생각이 들어서요. 좋은 글들이 있으면 올려주세요 아시겠지만 내 영혼의 닭고기 스프에 나온 내용입니다. Start With Yourself The following words were written on the tomb of an Anglican Bishop in the Crypts of Westminster Abbey; When I was young and free and my imagination had no limits, I dreamed of changing the world. As I grew older and wiser, I discovered the world would not change, so I shortened my sights somewhat and decided to change only country. But it, too, seemed immovable. As I grew into my twilight years, in one last desperate attempt, I settled for changing only my family, those closest to me, but alas, they would have none of it. and now as I lie on my deathbed, I suddenly realize: If I changed myself first, then by example I would have changed my family. From their inspiration and encouragement, I would then have been better my country and, who knows, I may have even changed the world. -CHICKEN SOUP FOR THE SOUL-
