-고구마 파이-
다은이와 함께 집에 남아있는 핫케익가루와 고구마로 고구마 파이처럼 만들어 봤답니다..^^
물론..저희 집에 없는 오븐으로 인해 전자레인지를 이용했다는 것..*^^*
시작해 볼까요?~~~
Shall we make the sweet-potato pie together?
Ingredients are so simple.
boild sweet-potatoes , hot-cake powder , milk , one egg (달걀이 사진에서 빠졌다는...)
Before make , do you mind if I take your picture?
고구마 파이를 같이 만들어볼까?
재료들은 간단해.
삶은 고구마 , 핫케익가루 , 우유 , 달걀 하나
만들기 전에, 네 사진 좀 찍어도 되겠니?
1. Try to smash the sweet-potato using a spoon.
숟가락을 이용해서 고구마를 으깨도록 해.
2. Here is some hot-cake powder Mom set.
After pouring a little bit of milk in, blend well.
엄마가 준비해 놓은 핫케익가루가 조금 있어.
약간의 우유를 붓고서, 잘 섞어.
3. Try to put the mashed sweet-potato by spoonful and mix well.
한 숟가락씩 으깬 고구마를 넣고 잘 섞어.
4. Put one egg and mix well.
달걀 하나를 넣고 잘 섞어.
5. Here are two plates.
Let me spread some butter on each plate not to stick.
여기 접시 2개가 있어.
내가 눌러붙지 않도록 각 접시위에 버터를 조금 바를께.
(올리브 오일이 없어서링 대신 버터로..ㅋㅋㅋ)
6. Let's put a moderate amount of mixture into each plate.
각 접시안에 적당량의 반죽을 담자.
7. After putting them in the microwave-ovan, heat them for 5 minutes.
전자레인지에 접시들을 넣고서, 5분동안 데우자.
***랩을 씌워서 구멍을 쏭쏭~내는 것을 깜빡하고 그냥 넣어버렸네요.***
어때요?
진짜 고구마파이같지 않나요?ㅎㅎㅎ
맛은 아이들이 먹기에 좋고...파이보다는 빵에 가깝다고 봐야겠지요~
-과일 샐리드-
샐러드~~많이들 만들어 드시죠?
시중에 팔고있는 샐러드 소스가 아닌...
내 가족을 위해 직접 만든 소스와 함께한다면 더할나위 없이 좋지 않을까요??^^
간단한 요리...시작합니다..ㅎㅎㅎ
1. Let me introduce ingredients to make the fruit salad.
pear , persimmon , apple , tomato , peanut , honey.
과일 샐러드를 만들 재료들을 소개할께*^^*
배 , 감 , 사과 , 토마토 , 땅콩 , 꿀.
2. Try to cut them into small p***es.
Cut tomaotes into a half...
이 과일들을 작은 조각으로 썰도록 해 봐.
토마토들은 반으로 자르고...
3. Throw big p***es of pear and some penuts into a blender.
And add a spoon of honey.
큰 배 조각들과 약간의 땅콩을 믹서기에 넣어.
그리고 꿀 한 스푼을 첨가해.
3. Turn on the mixer.
믹서기를 작동시키자.
4. Remove the sauce out of the blender and put it onto fruit p***es.
믹서기에서 소스를 꺼내어 과일들 위에 얹어.
5. Mix well and place them on a plate.
잘 섞어서 그릇 위에 담자.
요거이 마트에서 사서 먹는 소스보다 더 영양가 있고, 맛이 좋다는 거 아니겠습니까...
신랑과 다은이가 요 한 그릇을 아침에 뚝딱~~~ㅎㅎㅎ
