I once had a very important speech in America. I had to speak on ‘How Asians think about education’ in front of many principals and teachers. I was very nervous and worried. A voice inside me kept saying, ‘I can’t do this because I’m not good enough to do this.” So I told myself, “I can to this. I am a doctor in education from Korea. Who else can do this now but me?”
Have you lost self-esteem so you were afraid to do something you had to do? Please write about it. When, where, and why were you afraid and how did you get over it?
