처서가 지나자마자.. 벌써 가을이 된 듯 합니다.
아침 저녁으로 불어오는 쌀쌀한 바람에 비염기가 있는 저는 하루종일 콧물 줄줄.. ㅋㅋ
목도 후두염처럼 붓고 아파오는데 따뜻한 커피로 버티는 중이네요.
모두 감기 조심하시고 건강 관리 잘하세요.
엄마표에서 아주 아주 중요한 요소가 엄마의 건강과 기분 UP 상태로 유지하기 랍니다.
아시지요? ㅎ
제가 전에 아파서 입원 한번 하고는.. 이젠 밤에도 잘자고 먹는것도 잘 먹으려고 노력 중입니다.
솔직히.. 그닥 건강해진것 같지는 않지만.. 살만 찌고 있는 듯 해서 심히 걱정스럽지만..
아이 둘 데리고 오만데 다 다녀도 쓰러지지 않는것 보면.. ㅋㅋ 잘 자는게 보약 맞습니다. ㅎㅎ
제가 자주 가는 까페에 학년별 미국 학생들 필수 도서 목록이 올라왔더라구요.
유아 영어를 하고 계신 울 식구 분들에게도 좋은 자료가 될 듯 해서 가져왔어요.
목록 중 읽은게 어떤게 있나.. 앞으로는 어떤 책을 보여줘야 하나..
