Everyone can be moved to tears, even grown-ups. Did you ever feel you wanted to cry at something but you tried to hold back tears? Tell me when and why you did.

Once my English teacher said to me ¡°Why are you screaming!¡±

I said ¡°I didn¡¯t mean it to!  Jinny, Lisa was screaming too!¡±

But my teacher said ¡°I didn¡¯t hear they screaming!¡±

I was said.

¡°Why did he only mad at me?¡±

So I tried to hold back tears.

I lost my plants. My parents gave me to Children¡¯s day presents but 3 months after it died. When I noticed that my plant is died, I¡¯m so mad and feel sad. It was rose herb and it smells so good.

5. Writing a reply

Look around our writing club and read other¡¯s writing. Pick one person who you like to reply. Then leave a message to the person.

For example, Hi, I¡¯m Kate. I read your writing. I think you were really brave. If I were you, I could never behave like you. My mom said, ¡°if you are in trouble, just tell adults around you!¡± But you solved the problems without any grown-up¡¯s help. You¡¯re so cool!!! I want to be able to do like you!!!
